Project Description

Profile and develop benchmarks to monitor performance of PyNWB.

Objectives

The goal of this project is to:

• develop benchmarks to test PyNWB performance
• profile PyNWB to identify and fix performance issues
• create processes to enable monitoring of performance to help ensure continued performance and facilitate identification of issues
