Project Description

The Frank Lab at UCSF is prototyping a NWB-DataJoint-SpikeInterface framework/pipeline for ingesting a lab NWB file into a lab DataJoint database and using the DataJoint framework to run and track spike sorting using SpikeInterface. This approach works so far for the Frank Lab but has yet to be generalized to work with data from other sources.
