Project Description

Conversion of Neuropixels PFC recordings (extracelluar) with thier associated behavioral signals (pupil, face, sounds, optogenetics) into NWB format. Recording sessions performed in head-fixed mice. Coding language: MAtlab.

Objectives

1. Objective A. Make a convertion script in Matlab.
2. Objective B. Check the compatibility of the nwb files with Matlab and Python.
